She is a graduate of the MFA program at Arizona State University where she served as web and social media editor for Hayden’s Ferry Review. Her writing appears or is forthcoming in Washington Square Review, Fractured Lit, Yalobusha Review,
X-R-A-Y, and elsewhere.
A 2023 Kathryn Blair Swarthout Fellow and a Viriginia G. Piper Cultural Engagement Fellowship recipient, she is also an alumna of the American Short Fiction Summer Workshop, the Kenyon Review Writers Workshop, Lighthouse Writers Advanced Workshop, and the Juniper Summer Institute. She reads flash fiction for Split Lip Magazine.
Projects
She’s at work on a novel and a collection of short stories about the lives of people from the Gulf Coast post-Katrina.
